Safer Play
Gambling should stay entertainment, not a way to make money or solve financial problems. This page is informational only — there are no offers or sign-up links here.
Age restriction
You must be 18 or older to gamble with any operator listed on this site.
Signs of problem gambling
- Spending more time or money gambling than you planned
- Chasing losses with bigger bets
- Borrowing money or selling things to fund gambling
- Feeling anxious, irritable or low when you try to stop
- Lying to people close to you about how much you gamble
Tools you can use
- Deposit limits: most operators let you cap how much you can deposit in a day, week or month.
- Time-outs: a short break, typically a day to a few weeks, during which you cannot deposit or play.
- Self-exclusion: a longer-term block, arranged directly with each operator, since offshore sites are not connected to the UK's Gamstop scheme.
- Reality checks: pop-up reminders showing how long you have been playing and how much you have spent.
Gamstop and offshore casinos
Gamstop only covers operators licensed by the UK Gambling Commission. It does not block offshore sites like the ones reviewed on this page. If you have self-excluded through Gamstop, offshore casinos will not automatically respect that exclusion, which is an important risk to weigh before signing up anywhere on this list.
